WHAT IS A PARTY KIT?
A Party Kit from Big Box Parties is a special selection of party supplies, centred around a theme or colour palette. They contain all of your essential party items like plates, cups, napkins, cutlery, straws, bunting, invitations and more; all delivered to your door!
WHAT SIZE KIT DO I CHOOSE?
For most Party Kits, we have two selections to choose from:
- Essentials = Our Basic kit; providing all the items from the basic; plus bunting, table cloths, printed latex balloons and 1 party game
- Deluxe = All the elements from our Essentials box, plus table decorating kit and a backdrop for photos (82cmx149cm)
Both kits cater for up to 8 guests per kit. If your celebration doesn’t quite match the box size, we suggest adding in the extra items or kits to top up. We believe that over-catering is always a better alternative to missing out! Feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any concerns. Part of our journey as a company is to be able to cater to exact numbers; however in the interest of hygiene, cost and supplier preference we are unable to split our boxes at this time.
WHAT IF I WANT A THEME THAT ISN’T ON YOUR WEBSITE?
At this time, the website only shows a subset of the full themes we are able to supply, but we are adding new themes all the time. If you’d like something in particular, please feel free to contact us and we will confirm what we can do and how you can place your order.
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
We aim to shop within 2 business days of receiving payment confirmation for your order. With most metro areas on the Eastern side, your order should arrive within 1 – 4 business days. Other metro areas may take 2 – 10 business days. For locations outside the metro areas, delivery times may vary depending on your location (usually 2 – 12 business days).

We ship from Adelaide, SA Australia (think; beautiful vineyards, gorgeous beaches!)
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
We know that time can sometimes slip away from you and you need a Party Kit quickly. In some circumstances, we can accommodate pickups, but please do let us know via email prior to placing your order, to ensure we can fulfill your order in time.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We Ship Australia-Wide! From Carrarang in WA to Kingscliff in NSW and everywhere in between.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
Orders under $120.00 = $8.95 flat rate shipping
Orders over $120 = FREE SHIPPING! (Who doesn’t love free shipping?!)
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Australia is surrounded by a huge amount of ocean, making it quite expensive to ship overseas. Currently, we’re only set up to ship within Australia. Never say never though, if you’re overseas and super keen on purchasing a Kit, just contact us email@example.com and we’ll see what we can do!
WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept Stripe as our methods of payment. This allows for Visa and Mastercard as part of the Stripe payment options.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
If your box arrives damaged, or there’s an item missing, please get in contact within 30 days. This way, we can organise a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. Unfortunately we can’t offer refunds if you change your mind. For more details, please see our Terms & Conditions.
